I just wanted to tell you about Time4Learning. It is a true online curriculum. It is standards based, and you child moves at their own pace. The curriculum keeps wonderful, sortable records. Lessons are planned out for you. The program is colorful and interactive. It is wonderfully suited for visual learners. While it is an online curriculum it also offers printable resources to enhance the online portion of the program.
We stared using it 5 years ago when we first jumped into homeschooling. Because it planned my lessons and kept my records it was a great program for a new homeschooler. We continue to use it five years later because my daughter continues to learn well using the program. We will use Time4Learning until she ages out of the program, it goes through 8th grade.
We started using the program with 2nd grade and continue through the present (6th grade). When comparing the information made available through Time4Learning to the curriculum available in my local public schools, I find that T4L makes available more information that students cover locally.
I would highly recommend it without any hesitation. My daughter loves the program, and I love it. In fact, the only thing I find disappointing about Time4Learning is that it only goes through 8th grade!
Time4Learning is cost effective also, costing less than twenty dollars a month for the first student, a reduced rate for other children in the same family.
